ACTIVITIES
The official kickoff to the school year is our Welcome Weekend. Welcome Weekend activities begin on Friday night and end on Sunday morning after the church service. Parent/Student Orientation is held on the Saturday prior to the first day of school to help students and parents get acquainted with faculty, school procedures, student life, and other activities.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
Students are required to attend chapel, classes, regular church services, and home groups which provide a rich atmosphere in which to grow spiritually. Students are expected to demonstrate accountability and responsibility for being punctual and for participating in all school and church activities.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
Upon completion of two years of regular class attendance resulting in at least a C average, students will receive a Certificate of Completion. A third year is optional and must be applied for.

STUDENT GOVERNMENT
Class officers are elected by leadership to help lead and guide their class through their responsibilities to one another and the student body in general throughout the year. The officer positions are President, Vice-President, Treasure, and Secretary. All students are encouraged to participate and provide suggestions to assure success in every shared endeavor.

WITHDRAWAL / SUSPENSION
Students considering withdrawal from the School are encouraged to seek the advice of appropriate staff members, parents, and their home pastors before withdrawing.

Students with poor academic performance will be counseled and the best course of action to take will be considered. A student will be placed on academic probation if he or she fails to maintain a minimum C average. If a student's average stays below a C for two consecutive semesters, the student will be suspended for a minimum of one semester. The student may reapply after one semester.

Students who are unwilling to abide by the rules and policies of the School will be disciplined and placed on probation. If the student does not show sufficient improvement, he or she will be suspended.
